The dissertation is devoted to the study of forms of civil contract and the consequences of its failure. The dissertation explores historical development of forms of civil-law agreement, studies the essence of this concept and established its relationship with adjacent legal categories. It analyses the peculiarities of the legal regulation of certain forms of civil contract; examines the link of notarization and state registration with the form of civil contract; studies the consequences of inobservance of established forms of civil-law agreement.
