Sydora V. Organizational-legal mechanism of public authorities communicative activity

Object of research: communicative co-operation of public authorities and citizens. Purpose: determination and theoretical ground of ways of perfection of оrganizational-legal mechanism of communicative activity of public authorities and development of practical measures on his introduction. Methods: approaches of the systems and complex; etymologic; logical generalization and comparison; historical-logical; analysis and synthesis; designs; SWOT- and PEST-analysis. Results: positions on perfection of оrganizational-legal mechanism of communicative activity of public authorities and introduction of direct communication of public servants of authorities and online community are grounded. Novelty: essence of online community is exposed and their ability to carry out correctings influence on the public authorities is proved; classification of forms of informative exchange between the public authorities and online community in a network the Internet is offered; the chart of devirtualization online initiatives as element of оrganizational-legal mechanism of communicative activity of public authorities is developed. It is inculcated in activity of Kharkiv regional state administration. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants and public servants of local self-government.
