The dissertation is devoted to research features of pathogenesis, improved diagnosis and treatment tactics of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction. In the dissertation work presents results of detailed research in the experiment peculiarities of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction, on the basis of the priority model, and established stages of reparative processes parietal and visceral peritoneum. Proven efficacy of high-frequency welding as a method adheziolizys combined with carboxymethylcellulose gel for the correction and prevention of adhesive process in the abdominal cavity. The introduction into clinical practice diagnostic complex expansion by applying direct sonographic indicators to assess the severity of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction, complicated by peritonitis, developed probe for enterocorrection in the postoperative period in terms of individual secretory-rezorbtion function of the small intestine and prevent additional adhesive process in the area laparotomy wounds contributed reduce mortality in patients with Manheym peritoneal index to 20 points in 2 times, and in patients with MPI than 20 points to 5.39 %. Results of surgical treatment of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction have shown significant benefits in patients with a core group of application of the developed diagnostic and treatment algorithm, which allowed to reduce the number relaparotomy at 8.37 % and the total number of postoperative complications at 6.53 % and the mortality of 7.28 %.
