The point has been proved that the leading role in the development of pathological changes in tissues of salivary glands subject to long-term omeprazole treatment play disturbances in synthesis of regulatory polyamines, misbalance of NO-ergic system, activation of oxidative stress, oppression of antioxidant systems, development of endogenous intoxication, decompensation of proteinase-inhibitory potential. Per oral use of multiprobiotic of the last generation "Symbiter acidophilic" has had a positive compensatory influence on tissues subject to long-term omeprazole treatment
