The thesis contains the method of medical correction of functional and meta-bolic disorders in erythrocytes, monocytes and neutrophils of peripheral blood that occur in sportsmen during training process. The acid resistance, pro- and antioxidant processes and adenyl system in peripheral blood erythrocytes, phagocytosis, secretory activity, pro- and antioxidant processes in neutrophils and monocytes are studied for the first time in sportsmen (runners on middle distances and judoists) during the train-ing process with physical loadings of average intensity.
