Kushniruk O. The choice of endoscopic drainage method of pancreatic pseudocysts

Dissertation is dedicated to the actual scientific task - improvement of the direct and separated results of treatment of patients with pancreatic pseudocysts (PPs) by minimally invasive methods of endoscopic internal drainage - transpapilliary and transmural also under endosonography guidance. The criteria of efficiency of performed endoscopic treatment were: decline of traumatic interference, improvement of the functional state of pancreas, diminishing of frequency of postoperative complications on 23,8% without mortality and frequency of relapses of PPs from 29,0% до 10,7% and terms of hospital stay from 17,5±3,6 days in basic to 7,3±2,9 days in control groups of patients (р<0,05) with preservation of physical capacity of patients with more rapid renewal. On the basis of the comparative analysis of results we propose the algorithm of choice of PPs endoscopic internal drainage depending on their anatomic and structural features, variants of implementation of endoscopic drainages, methods of prophylaxis's of intraoperative and postoperative complications.
