Dissertation is devoted to updating results of diagnostic and treatment of pyo-septic complications of postoperative peritonitis. The rate and structure of pyo-septic complications of postoperative peritonitis were studied. The features of clinical course of postoperative peritonitis were determinated. Earliest the prognosis asissment of pyo-septic complications singes were found.New method of automatic syndromes diagnostic of early postoperative complications, which combine most important amount and quality, sings in one integral point.The microbiological background and on levels of relaparotomy due to postoperative peritonitis were investigated. Earliest the dynamic sings for endogenic intoxication (MOM, C-reactive protein, FTN-?, IN-6, LII), total and specific antiendotoxic immune-deficiency at postoperative peritonitis were examinated. The roles of relaparotomy in development of secondary immune-deficiency were determinated.The score of reparative processes dynamic after recurrent intervention was got.
