The dissertation describes the research of the essence, role, psychological peculiarities, structure of self-efficacy, effective ways and methods of its formation in adolescence. The dissertation shows the analysis of scientific theoretical conceptions, approaches to the research of self-efficacy in foreign, soviet and native psychological literature and age peculiarities of the phenomena.The psychocorrectional program of self-efficacy raise in adolescence, directed to creation of psycho-pedagogical conditions for productive overcoming of age crisis by means of their activation is substantiated, developed and implemented. Its effectiveness as system of influence on intensity of self-efficacy and activation of personal development of students at the adolescent age is proved.
