The thesis examines the actual problem of the creative interaction intersub'yektnoyi music teacher with children's vocal and choral group. Academic research supports dialogue in the specific form of interaction, which is determined by equality of the parties involved, and is aimed at rapprochement and mutual position of both parties. In the context of vocal and choral training future music teachers vzaemodiya becomes not only a way to attract individuals to the world of cultural values, but also a means of forming the subject-subjective educational specialist positions. The creative nature of the interaction is not based on external stimulation, and internal creative manifestations as a teacher and students.
