Thesis is dedicated to the study of peculiarities of medication therapy in prevention of postoperative cardiac arrhythmias, improvement of the immediate and long-term effects of of coronary arteries bypass graft surgery combined with aneurismectomy in the patients with CAD and postinfarction cardiosclerosis by adding mandatory preoperative lipid-lowering medications. The thesis is based on complex prospective examination of 234 patients with CAD and PIC before and after CABG+AE, of which did not receive statins before surgery, followed-up for 18 months after surgery. Groups of comparison were comparable by age and gender. It was shown that administration of statins lipid-lowering therapy after CABG+AE leads to significant reduction of ocurrence of cardiac arrhythmias, IMC thinning, lipids panel indices improvement, as well as HRV indices positive dynamics. Also, lipid-lowering therapy potentiates myocardial function restoration after surgery according to EchoCG exam. Factors affecting incidence of end points (cardiovascular death, worsening heart failure) in the patients after CABG+AE were studied.
