Essay

The work is devoted to the actual theme of decline the frequency of violations of reproductive health at HIV-infected women of fertil age nere to measures, which directed on a struggle with distribution of HIV-infection among the women of fertil age, in order of complex of organizational, medical and prophylactic measures. Offered organizationally prophylactic measures in relation to a struggle with distribution of HIV-infection among the women of fertil age and the methods of treatment of violations of reproductive health are improved at women infected by HIV. The complex approach for the decision of problems of reproductive health of the HIV-infected women of fertil age allows to prepare them for future maternity. The clinical and epidemiological researches among the women of fertil age, inhabitants of industrial region of Ukraine are conducted. ,The peculiarities of mikrobiocenosis of urogenital organs, psychoemotional state, sexual health, state of immunity and balance of sexual hormones,in depending on the type of violation of reproductive health and influence of HIV-infection are established. The researches off links of pathogenesis of origin of reproductive health's violations by a laboratory analysis allowed to examine this process as a result of violations, foremost immune, and in future hormonal homeostasis and presence of changes of mikrobiocenosis of urogenital tracts that is connected with HIV-infecting. In obedience to the analysis of clinical and paraclinical data, the pathogenetic grounded scheme of treatment, which allowed effectively reduced frequency of violations of reproductive health at HIV-infected women are inculcated.
