Hulchiy M. Disorders of reproductive health under tobacco smoking and ways of its corrections in fertile age women.

The study is devoted to the problem of active, environmental tobacco smoking and its effects on reproductive health of fertile age women and also to development of complex of curative and preventive interventions aimed for corrections of reproductive health disorders. It was defined that prevalence of tobacco smoking is high among in ukrainian women of reproductive age. We determined that women affected by tobacco smoking significantly more often develop different reproductive health disorders such as chronicle inflammatory diseases, disturbances of menstrual cycle in contrast to those women that never smoked or quitted smoking. Also we found that frequency of registered disturbances of sex - hormone production and reduced immune response was higher among women affected by tobacco smoking и др. Proposed methods for correction and treatment of reproductive health disorders in fertile age women affected by tobacco smoking was significantly effective.
