Gorshkova A. State mechanism of maintenance of coevolution of economy and education as social institutes

A research object is processes of the state providing of the concerted development of economy and education as social institutes. A research purpose is perfection of state mechanism of providing of economy and education coevolution as social institutes on the basis of ground of conceptual approach and development of the methodical providing within the framework of system-evolutional paradigm. Research methods - approach of the systems, analytical modeling, scientific (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, typological and comparative analysis of the systems). Conceptual approach and methodical positions which determine perfection of state mechanism of providing of economy and education coevolution as social institutes have a practical value of the got results. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in that first the conceptual going near forming of mechanism of economy coevolution and formation of Ukraine is reasonable on the basis of the educed conformities to law of their concerted development as social institutes, that provides maintenance of integrity of society as systems in the period of globalization and international integration. State mechanism of providing of economy and education coevolution as social institutes in a territorial aspect with the use of theory of clusterization of М. Porter; state mechanism of providing of economy and education coevolution as social institutes in an organizational aspect which foresees development of regional university complexes; methodical positions on introduction of active and competent going near studies within the framework of open education as a methodical providing of functioning of mechanism of providing of economy and education coevolution in Ukraine in the period of prevailing of aims of technological development of national economy improved. Methodical going near the process of forming of ordering for the system of education, which is conditioned by social and economic factors and foresees a correction by means of government order taking into account strategy of socio-economic development of country; methodical going near the exposure of necessities of economy in the specialists of corresponding level of qualification and forming of the economic ordering for the system of education which foresees programming of economic development, coming from irreversibility of becoming of economy of knowledge and forming of informative society, got further development.
