Bogasheva N. Relations between the State and Political Parties in Ukraine: Constitutional Legal Aspects. - Manuscript

The thesis is devoted to the study of relations of the state and political parties in Ukraine. The influence of the state on political parties is shown to be realized in two main forms - legislative regulation and realization of control on parties complying the Constitution and laws of Ukraine. The regulation of formation processes of a political party and its local organizations is analysed, the legal nature of party establishing documents is investigated. The legislative regulation of an organizational structure of a political party is studied. The constitutional legal nature of the control on political parties complying the Constitution and laws of Ukraine is investigated as an activity of empowered governmental bodies directed on providing parties to respect basic values of the society, non-admission of legal order in their political activity, demands on political parties. The goal, limits and, modes of performance of such control which are necessary in the democratic society are analysed. Grounds and legal consequences of dissolution of political parties and their local organizations are considered.
