Timashova V. Theoretical and legal principles of federal state structure in the teachings of N. Kostomarov.

In thesis was made one of the first attempts in the Ukrainian legal science theoretical and legal principles of government in the teachings of N. Kostomarov. It means to determine their place in the domestic theory of the state and law, to define prospects in the further development of Ukraine as a possible federation based on the provisions of the teachings of N. Kostomarov. A theoretical and legal principles of the teachings of N. Kostomarov like as federal structure-industrials viewed as having two components - the political historical and philosophical: the first represents the political and legal views of Kostomarov which was expressed in many publications and it includes the ideal state of N. Kostomarov sees unification of Slavic peoples in Slavic Union, which established a single national government, the army and navy, in all parts of the federation are the same basic laws and Law, available full autonomy of each part to domestic affairs, the judiciary and public education, election, variability and accountability of the executive power, etc. Kostomarov analyzed the essence of Ukrainian mentality, way of life of Ukrainian and proved that the Ukrainian people doomed to the federation. Emphasized that to determine the future path of reforming the Ukrainian state is necessary and advisable to contact the legal heritage of famous Ukrainian scientists and activists.
