Novosad A. Differentiated approach to the prevention of unplanned pregnancy in women with a scar on the uterus

Our work is devoted to the issues of family planning and prevention of unintended pregnancy in women after operations on the uterus. For the first time on the basis of a comprehensive survey of 120 women after operations on the uterus and 120 somatically and gynecology healthy women have studied the influence of different contraceptives on the functional state of organs of the reproductive system in women after operations on the uterus. For the first time regarding the impacts of different methods of contraception at endocrinological status, microbiocenosis of the reproductive tract and sexual health of women and a scar on the uterus. Were shown the advantages and drawbacks of different methods of contraception for women with a scar on the uterus, which allows practitioners to carry out an individual approach to the choice of one or another method of contraception for women of this group. Set the frequency and the extent of the side effects of different methods of contraception in women with a scar on the uterus. On the basis of the results obtained have been developed and implemented practical recommendations on reduction of the frequency of unplanned pregnancy in women with a scar on the uterus.
