Scientific work is devoted decrease frequencies obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with an endometriosis in the anamnesis on a basis studying cliniko-functional and endocrinological features, and also working out of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Endometriosis influence of ovariums on a condition of reproductive function of women, and also on development obstetrical and perinatal complications is shown. The basic features of formation and a functional condition fetoplacental complex at women with an endometriosis in the anamnesis are establish. The role of infringements endocrinological status и haemodynamics in fetoplacental complex in genesise is shown placentary dysfunction at women with an endometriosis in the anamnesis.
