The research is devoted to the analysis of the efficiency of organ-preserving laparoscopic surgeries on the uterus and appendages in infertile women using the traditional rehabilitation method and the method suggested by us. Early and comprehensive use of rehabilitation measures allowed to increase the efficiency of treating women with infertility. The feasibility of rehabilitation measures is proven by the investigation of the species composition and the population level of microbial contamination of internal genitalia and the abdominal cavity, the factors and mechanisms of nonspecific and specific immune anti-infection defense, the parameters of hormonal homeostasis, evaluation of the ovarian reserve and the cytokines levels.
