The research is devoted to increasing the efficiency of treatment of tubal infertility following laparoscopic surgery by conducting a comprehensive preparation to ovulation stimulation and controlled induction of ovulation in outpatient clinic. The need for the alternative measures suggested was proved by examining the species composition and the population level of microbial contamination of the internal genitalia, the factors and mechanisms of non-specific immune infection defense and the parameters of hormonal homeostasis. The elaborated and suggested complex approach to rehabilitation of reproductive function in women with infertility of tubal origin after laparoscopy at the ambulatory stage included immunorehabilitation at the early stage of postoperative period as a component complex preparation for stimulation of ovulation, early from the menstrual cycle following the surgery, controlled induction of ovulation in women at I-II stage of fallopian tubes cganges and usage of auxiliary reproductive technologies in patients at III-IV stage of fallopian tubes changes and contributed, correspondingly, to the onset of pregnancy in 44,4 %of patients after early controlled induction of ovulation and in 40 % of patients after usage of auxiliary reconstructive technologies at III-IV stage of fallopian tubes changes after the second menstrual cycle following surgery, provided the performance of reconstructive-plastic laparoscopy which is 15,8 % and 13,3 % more comparing with the traditional tactics of management of such cases.
