The thesis is devoted to solving the actual problem - improving the outcomes of endometrial hyperplastic processes, reducing the number of relapses on the basis of determining the state of the receptor sensitivity to ovarian steroid hormones, refine local activity and apoptosis of proliferative processes. It is established that ultrasound diagnosis corresponds to the histological only in 22,5% of cases, while the accuracy of hysteroscopy is 64.6%.The introduction of treatment algorithms, taking into account the individualized condition and hormone receptor status of endometrial proliferation activity reduced the number of relapses from 65.0 to 3.7%.
