Pakharenko O. The integrated quality management system of water management enterprises

The aim of thesis work is development of theoretic- methodological positions and practical recommendations in relation to the input of integrated control system by quality of activity of enterprises of water economy. The author uses system's approach to the research of processes of formation and introduction of integrated control system of quality on the enterprises of water economy, namely, logical generalization, synthesis, analysis and comparison, comparative analysis and synthesis, complex approach, system analysis, benchmarking. The theoretical value of thesis consists in the study of scientific thought evolution in relation to essence of quality and control system by quality of activity of enterprise, methodical approaches to her forming and organizational principles of introduction are worked out. The practical value of research results consists in possibility using of methodological vehicle of forming and introduction of integrated quality control system on the enterprises of water economy and also the offered system of the institutional providing of process of quality management, circulation of documents, structure and composition of documentation, suggestion in relation to the improvement of procedure of management all documents and records about quality. The scientific novelty of got results consists in development and improvement of theoretic-methodological positions and development of practical recommendations which discover maintenance of integrated control system, methods of her introduction by quality on enterprise. The got thesis results are integrated into activity of outgoing domestic agricultural enterprises. Applications of author's recommendations are introduced into enterprises of water economy.
