In the thesis investigated processes pyloochyschennya in existing dust collector and expediency of the creation of radically new designs of devices for improving the efficiency of catching fine dust in the metallurgical industry to provide normative values (MPC and HDV).The mathematical model of motion of particles in dust precipitators and three-dimensional geometric model of the device with zhalyuziynym separators and its numerical analysis conducted on the basis of which developed three design fundamentally new type of dust collectors.Experimentally and by computer simulation determined the efficiency of hydraulic resistance and dust collector, recommended its geometrical dimensions and technological parameters of pyloochyschennya.The results of the thesis introduced in the metallurgical industry and allow to reduce dust in the atmosphere 4 - 5%, thus improving the ecological environment.
