Svitlychna Y. State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity in Ukraine

Object of research: process of realization of public policy in the sphere of foreign trade. Purpose: scientific ground of effective mechanisms of state regulation of foreign trade and development of practical recommendations in relation to development of аrea of research taking into account the state of national economy and progress of international trade trends. Methods: comparative, structurally-functional analysis; economical-statistical; inductions and deductions; analysis of the systems and design; abstractly-logical. Results: modern approaches are complex grounded and concrete suggestions on perfection of mechanisms of state regulation of foreign trade in the modern terms of development of international cooperation are developed. Novelty: a concept "level of state regulation" is entered in a scientific turn and the matrices of determination of optimum level of state regulation and differentiating of plenary powers in relation to regulation of foreign trade between the central and local public authorities are created. It is inculcated in activity of Kharkiv regional state administration. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants and public servants of local self-government.
