The conceptual apparatus has been analyzed and the major forms of technology transfer have been defined and characterized. Legal analysis of the technology as an object of civil relations has been made. The agreements that mediate technology transfer relations have been studied and held their classification. Significant conditions and restrictions of these agreements have been defined.
