Volynets R. Criminal Liability for the Violation of the Budget Legislation of Ukraine (Art. 210 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The thesis is dedicated to the resolution of issues regarding the criminal liability for the violation of budget legislation, and contains the research results concerning the meaning of elements of offence stipulated by Art. 210 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In the paper, conclusions are drawn and suggestions are expressed that develop the scientific approaches regarding the interpretation of the meaning of certain features of the main and qualified elements of the crime and that are aimed at the improvement of the wording of Art. 210 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The study also examines the issues of the penal consequences of the crime stipulated by Art. 210 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
