The thesis provides new approaches for the symptomatic treatment of patients with inoperable malignant tumors of the esophagus due to the development of new original techniques for laser endoscopic recanalization of the esophagus and objective assessment of their immediate and remote results. We studied the influence of proteolytic enzymes on the morphological structure of malignant tumors of the esophagus, experimentally and clinically proven feasibility of using Enzyme preparations during endoscopic laser recanalization in patients the formulated categories.
