Dissertation is sanctified to the questions of etiopathogenesis of the complicated forms of postoperative ventral hernia and features of implantation. The maximally rational use of alloplastic methods of closing of hernia gate is in-process certain due to study of quality and quantitative index of collogen, electromyographic activity of front abdominal wall, functions of the external breathing, tension on guy-sutures for patients with the complicated forms of postoperative ventral hernia. Prevalence of dysplasia of the united tissue is studied for patients with the complicated forms of postoperative ventral hernia. The nearest and remote results of autotransplantation and implantations are studied in a comparative aspect, and on the basis of it optimal curative tactics at postoperative hernia of front abdominal wall and methods of prophylaxis of postoperative complications are worked out. Quality of life is studied for patients with the complicated forms of postoperative hernia after operative treatment. Methodology of determination of tension, that will test guy-sutures in the area of hernia defect, is worked out.A testimony is certain to implantation for patients with the complicated forms of postoperative ventral hernia.
