The Thesis is dedicated to researches of the legal mechanism of the decision making process in ecological sphere. We propose to regulate the list and sequence of steps of decision-making process in the environmental sphere for the reason to bring national legislation of Ukraine to European standards, for improvement of the legal mechanism of decision-making process in the environmental sphere and for the perfecting of ecological situation in Ukraine.
