The dissertation solves the actual problem of urology that lies in advancing the quality of diagnosis in infectious impairment of prostatic gland in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPН) complicated with acute urinary retention (AUR) through identification of different taxonomic origin pathogens in genital excreta and in the prostate gland tissue, determination of the influences of these pathogens and chronic prostatitis on the clinical course of a disease and the appearance of early postoperative prostatectomy complications.There was scientifically substantiated the necessity of perioperative identification of the different taxonomic origin pathogens that allows to adequately plan the conservative and perform prophylactics of complications of surgical treatment for this category of patients.
