The thesis is devoted to problems of criminal responsibility for infringement of rules for handling with explosives, flammable and caustic substances or radioactive materials. Theoretical positions which concern a criminal responsibility for infringement of rules for handling with explosives, flammable and caustic substances or radioactive materials are protected. Objective and subjective signs of this crime are investigated. From the new point of view the concept of a subject of the crime provided by article 267 Criminal Code of Ukraine is formulated. For the first time the maintenance and concept signs "other heavy consequences", provided by a second part of article 267 Criminal Code of Ukraine is formulated.
