The thesis contains the comprehensive scientific-theoretical analysis of the legal regulation of relations arising from the application of mortgage deal and issue mortgage-backed securities in public circulation.Mortgage deals can be used as securities or as the mortgage coverage of other securities. When we use the mortgage deal as the mortgage coverage of mortgage-backed securities it performs as a mortgage asset and loses the opportunity to be alienated by its owner.
