Dopilka V. Theoretical-lawful basis of contraband qualification

Thesis is one of the first complex researches of criminal-legal norm essence on contraband, its correlation with Customs law norms, qualification of this crime, which is due to normative acts content, defined corpus delicti. Thesis contains analysis of contraband as historical and social phenomena, definition of sources of legal regulation of counteraction to contraband, blanked disposition of lawful norm which defined contraband; lawful analysis of contraband content; clearing up of theoretical and practical problems of Criminal law applying, providing attributes necessary for contraband qualification.
