Essay

The comprehensive pharmacognostic study of three animals bile (Bos taurus L., Sus scrofa domesticus L., Gallus gallus L.) was carried out of first time. Methods of liquid-liquid extraction and chromatography in three types of bile were installed. It was determined a 137 BAS. The complex technology of lipophilic and glycoprotein complex of bile, which is set for enzyme and antimicrobial activity, was established. Lipophilic complex cattle's bile has significant antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects.
