Egorovа Y. Restoration of reproductive health in women after resection or removal of one ovary

The thesis presented a generalization and a new scientific problem solving in the field of gynecology to improve the efficiency of the combined treatment of ovarian tumor processes in women of reproductive age. To solve this problem were proposed differential methods of diagnostics and therapeutic tactics in different variants of the disease. We examined 345 women with ovarian tumor processes, the control group - 30 healthy women. Risk factors for ovarian tumor processes in women of reproductive age were identified. The main symptoms were identified and analyzed. The elaborated complex of organizational, diagnostic and therapeutic and preventive measures in women of reproductive age with ovarian tumor formation, in contrast with conventional methods promoted: the normalization of hormonal status of women, 92% improvement of general condition, normalization of menstrual function in 60.1%, the elimination of premenstrual syndrome -37.5%, the disappearance of pain - at 87.4%, the disappearance of cysts after 6 months of treatment, 92% reduction of relapses after 18 months of treatment - from 24% to 8%, reducing the incidence of surgical treatment's frequency- for 92% recovery of reproductive function in the women of 51.6% of women suffering from primary and secondary infertility
