Essay

The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical analysis of social rights, their essence, the concept, content, features, considers the relation of these rights, social, legal state and civil society, and considers the question of protection of social rights in terms of democratic reforms. Substantiated that despite some problems in recent years, the ability to protect the social rights of individuals in Ukraine as a result of the judicial reform, the efficiency of sectoral legislation, the growth of authority of an ombudsman, as well as opportunities to use international human rights protections.
