The research is devoted to resolving of scientific instructions, connected with formation of economic safety system of commercial bank in the circumstances of modernization the Economics of Ukraine. The essence and content of the concept "economic safety of commercial bank" is researched. The mechanism of influence the results of commercial banks' activities as economy subjects on the state economic safety and its mutual interests on economics is carried out. External and internal threats to economic safety of commercial bank are analyzed, the main are defined. The known scientific methods of valuation the economic safety of economy subjects are analyzed, on the basis of which the appropriate own methodical diagnostics instrument of economic safety level of commercial bank is made. Using the suggested methods the level of economic safety of commercial banks is analyzed and defined. The main reasons of deduction the level of economic safety are made. Expert investigation of the effectiveness the process of economic safety provision, estimating it general functions is conducted. The scheme of complex approach to the formation of optimum economic safety system of commercial bank is proposed, the expediency of using it in practical activity is argued. The ways of improvement the institute and legal provision are defined and practical recommendations according to the increasing role of organizational culture in consolidation of economic safety of commercial banks are proved.
