Essay

The dissertation work is dedicated to the study of the role and features of disturbances of the functional state of prooxydant and antioxidant systems in the bone marrow, thymus, spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes, blood in the pathogenesis of the experimental allergic alveolitis and its correction with preparation of Thiotriazoline. The gradual intensive accumulation of products of lipid peroxidation is set. It begins from the early period (34, 44 days) and first of all it is mostly pronounced in the thymus, in less degree – in the bone marrow, spleen, and blood and it reaches the highest values on the 64 day of the development of allergic alveolitis. The compensatory increase of of the activity of SOD, catalase, peroxidaze, cerulopasmin is detected on the 34 day of the experiment. It was most expressed in the bone marrow, and slightly less, but increased in the thymus and spleen. On the 44 day and on the late period (54, 64 days) of this immunocomplex pathology the inhibition of the activity is observed. The expressed corrective influence of Thiotriazoline is welltpraen manifestes in the decreasing of the level of diene conjugates, malonic dialdehide and in the increasing of the activity of the SOD, catalase, peroxidase and ceruloplasmin in the bone marrow, thymus. Spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes, blood on the disturbed functional state of prooxidant and antioxidant systems that appeared at the terms of the development of allergic alveolitis.
