Essay

The efficacy of the effectiveness of combined use of metoprolol, enalapril, irbesartan, and spironolactone to block the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system in 100 patients with hypertension and heart failure, previous myocardial infarction. It is shown that post infarction period is accompanied by deterioration of reliable daily blood pressure, metric parameters of the left ventricle, decreased tolerance to physical stress. It is shown that the use of combined inhibition of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system effectively corrects the pathogenesis of post infarction heart formation, reduces the number of complications.
