Protsyk V. Regulatory and Legal Ensuring Functions and Service Operation Activities of the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine between 1991 and 2003: historical and legal research.

Complex historical and legal analysis of regulatory and legal basis of creation of functions and service operation activities of the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine between 1991–2003 has been performed in this thesis. The analysis of regulatory and legal coverage of the formation and development process of the Border Guard Troops on the basic stages of their history has been carried out. The legal ensuring of role and place of service operation activities of the border guards within the system of guaranteeing of border guard and national security of Ukraine has been determined. The necessity of the development of regulatory and legal providing with the respective border guard bodies activity directed on the development of international cooperation, formation of the relationships with the public authorities and organizations as well as the frontier resident population has been grounded.
