Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research and clarifying the problems of democratic control recognition as a separate legal institution in the system of democracy and its legal forms determination. Theoretical and methodological reasoning of democratic control as public-legal institute was implemented. The essence and specificity of democratic control as a social phenomenon were revealed. Legal forms of democratic control and factors of its increasing were established. Specific proposals for improving the normative and legal implementations of effective democratic control in Ukraine were formulated.
