Avdyugin R. Legal means of ensuring the human rights and freedoms in Ukraine: general theoretical study

In this thesis the basic parameters of the theory of legal means of ensuring human rights and freedoms had been worked out by defining its components. As the methodological foundations of the theory of legal means of ensuring human rights and freedoms there are two blocks: the methodological aspect that reflects the peculiarities of legal policy in the modern practice of the legal means of ensuring human rights and freedoms functioning, with the features of the substantive and procedural law constants in of legal means of ensuring human rights and freedoms sphere and the second dimension characterizes the interaction between international law and national legal policy in improving the legal means of ensuring human rights and freedoms.
