Essay

This thesis is a complex research devoted to general theoretical characteristics of students' legal awareness as a kind of group legal awareness. Examining legal literature the author researched the notion and sufficient features of legal awareness. Classification criteria of the most typical forms and levels of legal awareness are established; their kinds are analyzed. The structure and functions of legal awareness are defined. The main and specific features of student body influencing on its legal awareness formation are elucidated. Author's definition of the notion "students' legal awareness" is formulated.
