This manusсript dissertation presented a new theoretical synthesis and practical solution to the problem of scientific development of the algorithm for early detection of patients with somatization disorder in the institutions of society and the medical direction of improving the therapeutic interventions in the complex treatment of patients with medical and psychological adjustment. In the basis of the work are clinical psychopathology and psyhodiagnostic analysis of 101 cases of male patients with somatisation disorders male (32 person) and female (69 person). The study showed that the most frequent clinical forms somatization disorders were cardiac, dyspeptic, gastrointestinal, and the form of cardiac arrhythmia. Comparative characteristics of somatisation disorder and conversive found their identity in only one third of patients. Analysis of the results of basic scales SMIP showed that patients with somatization disorder were more prevalent schizoid, hypochondriac, hysterical, and dissocial personality types of organization at the border level. Psychotic slope profiles of SMIP, which prevailed in the second research group, points to the important role of mechanisms of somatization of anxiety in the preverbal period of development of the mind in the formation of somatisation disorders. High levels of impulsivity scales, escapism and control of hostility somatization disorder patients are allow to suggest that in addition to the known mechanisms of somatizirovanyh disorders by conversion, repression, and somatization of anxiety, there is a mechanism for somatization aggressive emotions. The somatisation disorders patients had a high level of personal and reactive anxiety. And high rates of alexithymia. The results of this study suggest that the most effective method of treatment of somatisation disorders are personologica oriented mix of individual and group psychotherapy with pharmacotherapy.
