Svitlychny O. Criminal liability for corruption of minors

The dissertation is the first monographic study of criminal legal responsibility for corruption of minors in Ukraine. It specifically mentioned and studied the system of social and legal circumstances that collectively determine the criminalization of corruption of minors, by generic object of crimes against sexual freedom and sexual inviolability as security spheres of sexual identity. The main object of direct sexual abuse of minors is recognized as the integrity of public relations to ensure absolute information (mental) and physical (physical) integrity of a minor.
