Zhila T. The formation of social direction in the Ukrainian economy thought (the end of XIX - early XX century.)

Summary findings: This thesis investigated the socio-economic development of Ukraine at the end of XIX - early XX century. and scientific works of Ukrainian scientists that period, which reflected the social aspects of economic development. The methods: system analysis, a combination of historical and logical analysis, abstraction and concretization, structural gene, and comparison. The paper highlighted features coverage of social issues in studies of national economists late XIX - early XX century. and in terms of civilizational approach revealed the essential features of social trends in economic thought. Justified by the value for the development of the social trends of economic thought the influence of the "human factor" in the country's economic development and the identification of interaction between economic and noneconomic factors in social development. Based on a critical analysis of global and domestic economic literature revealed regularities and peculiarities of the social trends in the Ukrainian economic thought in the late XIX - early XX centuries. and the expediency of using the results of these studies for the formation of the modern scientific approaches to the analysis of the theoretical aspects of the socio-economic development of Ukraine.
