Essay

OThe object of research is the process of labor intellectualization at the workplace. The purpose of research is the deepening of scientific and theoretical bases and development of methodological recommendations for the labor intellectualization at the industrial enterprises workplace. The methods of research are structural and logical analysis; statistical analysis; graphic image; questionnaire survey; factor analysis; correlation and regression analysis; synthesis; analytical assessment of general indicators. Organizational approach to the workplace formation that includes such components as organizational and technical support, labor intellectualization, social and economic support; methodical approach to the definition of the labor intellectualization components by means of multidimensional factor analysis that takes into account staff development, labor innovative provision, technical and technological bases of the enterprise and information support; methodological approach to determination of the labor intellectualization level at the workplace that based on the integral index calculation on the base of personnel development characteristics, labor innovation support, state of the technical and technological base on the enterprise and information security are got the further development. Theoretical interpretation of the "labor intellectualization" concept that considered under integrated approach position as the personnel intellectual activity importance increase, intelligence level, professional and general knowledge; methodical approach to the organization of personnel development in the labor intellectualization context that lies in the development purposes understanding, development methods choice and investment return calculation; methodological support labor intellectualization at the workplace that bases on the labor intellectualization components modeling are improved. Research results are used in the activities of "GIPROCOCS" (certificate No 216 from 12.05.2010) and in the educational process of Kharkov National University of Economics for the teaching of the discipline "Bases of Personnel Management" (certificate No 10/83-09-205 from 27.01.2010)
