The thesis is dedicated to the substantiation of neurophysiological mecha-nisms of nervous system integrative activity at rats of different age with experimental alloxan diabetes mellitus by means of study of conditionally reflector and orientate investigative activity, systems of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense, as well as glial fibrilar acid protein, protein S-100 fractions in the brain.
