Essay

The dissertation is devoted to analysis of current state of child pornography in Ukraine, on the basis of which objectively rating of its volume and dynamics is given. In the dissertation considerable attention is given to the individual of criminal who commits crimes connected with child pornography, and also its victim. Factors that determine crimes connected with child pornography were researched, on the basis of which the complex of generally-social, specially-criminological and victimological measures is proposed.
