The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of problems of courts' activity concerning prevention recurrent youths' activity. In work stages of formation and development of courts' activity dealing concerning prevention recurrent criminality of youth are investigated, standard maintenance of court activity concerning prevention of this kind of criminality is analyzed and international experience loaning is offered.
