Gabuda A. Criminal Legal Characteristic of Composition the Resistance to Persons who are Dispensed of Authoritative Powers

In the thesis are involved the complex research of criminal legal characteristic the composition of resistance to representative of power, law enforcement official, state executive official, member of non-government formation for maintenance of public order and state border or military serviceman. It is realized analyse of formation and development the criminal responsibility for resistance to persons, who are dispensed of authoritative powers. In the thesis are formulated the definition of resistance, its characteristic features, manners of making this action. It is discovered in detail objective and subjective features of composition the crime, which is foreseen by article 342 Criminal Code of Ukraine.
